Employee Testing and Core CompetencyHealth Providers Choice prides itself on placing independent competent practitioners. To assure that we are able to find the best professional fit for each candidate, our Career Counselors, after the interview process will complete the employment process with you. You will be asked to complete a skills assessment as well as competency tests in the specialty areas you are preparing to work. Health Providers Choice understands that testing can be anxiety provoking and make the placement process less desirable, and it is for this reason that HPC Employee Skills Assessments and Core Competency Testing can be done in the comfort of your own home. After completion of the on-line application your Career Counselor will provide you with a login ID and Password for testing access.
