Staffing Services
At
Health Providers Choice (HPC) we are dedicated to providing hospitals
the services they need. HPC is client-centered and will evaluate your
current staffing patterns and help to maximize existing staffing resources
and supplement when additional resources are needed.
Using national benchmarking research (Lawrenze, MECCON, PSSA,NHCRA) and
hours per patient day (HPPD) as a defining metric, HPC will assist healthcare
systems in their efforts of meeting accreditation standards and neutral
salary budget demand.
Historically, hospitals have controlled staff variance through recruitment
and hiring of additional staff to support maximal census need. The undesirable
effect of this methodology becomes painfully obvious when the census demands
less staff. HPC offers a just-in-time alternative to healthcare staffing
while maintaining high quality patient care.
